CARING ABOUT SPECIAL NEEDS
Tenpin Bathurst offers various activities for those with special needs including a selection of Bowling Leagues, Annual Disability Challenge Carnival and we are also a member of the Bathurst Disability Support Network Sport a Month Program
To assist special needs to participate in tenpin bowling activities Tenpin Bathurst is equipped with access ramps, gutter stoppers, ball ramps, bowling balls with special handles and disability hygiene facilities
We welcome and encourage all people with special needs to participate in any of our leagues or activities that may suit them however we do host leagues that are dedicated specifically to special people with needs

People with special needs are always welcome at Tenpin Bathurst.
We encourage people with special needs to participate in any of our leagues on a day and time that suits them and they are always welcomed by our league members.

Our facilities are access friendly
• Access ramps into the centre
• Access ramps to the bowling lane
• Special bowling balls with a retractable handles
• All lanes are equipped with ball ramps

ANNUAL DISABILITY CHALLENGE
Tenpin Bathurst hosts an Annual Disabilities Challenge Carnival in late Spring each year.
The event is open to all people with a physical or interllectual disability and their carers and is proudly supported by Ingleburn Trophies
An individual trophy / medallion is awarded to all participants whilst the winning team will be presented with the Bathurst Disabilities Challenge Perpetual Trophy
Lunch is provided for all bowlers participating in the event – a small cover charge for lunch will apply to non participating carers and spectators
